All services include general cleaning of the areas requested and are completed based on the amount of time booked and the condition of the home.
One-Hour Refresh — $60
Perfect for a quick refresh or smaller cleaning needs.
May include:
• Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
• Kitchen surface cleaning
• Bathroom surface cleaning
• Vacuuming and/or mopping
• Trash removal
• Tidying and straightening
• Spot cleaning
• Focusing on the areas that need the most attention
Because this is a one-hour service, we will prioritize the areas that matter most to you.
Standard Clean — $100
A two-hour cleaning designed for routine home maintenance and keeping your space feeling fresh.
May include:
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Kitchen counters and exterior surfaces
• Sink cleaning
• Bathroom counters, sinks, and toilets
• Vacuuming floors and carpets
• Mopping hard floors
• Trash removal
• Light tidying
• General spot cleaning
• Cleaning requested living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
This service is ideal for homes that are already reasonably maintained and need regular upkeep.
Detailed Clean — $180
A four-hour service for homes that need more time and attention than a standard cleaning.
May include everything in the Standard Clean, plus additional attention to:
• Baseboards
• Doors and door frames
• More detailed bathroom cleaning
• More detailed kitchen cleaning
• Built-up dust and grime
• Additional surface wiping
• Detailed floor cleaning
• Hard-to-reach accessible areas
• Additional rooms or areas as time allows
This service is a great choice for a larger home, a home that hasn’t been cleaned recently, or anyone wanting a more thorough cleaning.
Deep Clean — $300
Our most intensive residential cleaning service.
May include:
• Detailed kitchen cleaning
• Detailed bathroom cleaning
• Baseboards and trim
• Doors and door frames
• Thorough dusting of accessible surfaces
• Detailed vacuuming and mopping
• Spot cleaning walls and other washable surfaces
• Built-up dirt and grime
• Detailed cleaning of living areas and bedrooms
• Extra attention to neglected or high-use areas
• Cleaning additional areas as time allows
Up to 6 hours of dedicated cleaning time.
Deep cleaning is recommended for homes requiring a significant reset or extra attention beyond routine maintenance.
Move-Out Clean — $350
A thorough cleaning designed to prepare a home for its next occupant.
May include:
• Kitchen cleaning, including cabinets and appliances on accessible/exterior surfaces
• Detailed bathroom cleaning
• Interior and exterior accessible cabinet surfaces
• Baseboards and trim
• Doors and door frames
• Dusting throughout the property
• Vacuuming and mopping all accessible floors
• Spot cleaning walls
• Cleaning closets and accessible storage areas
• Removing visible dust, dirt, and buildup
• Final cleaning of accessible areas throughout the home
Up to 6 hours of dedicated cleaning time.
Move-out cleaning is intended to leave the property clean, fresh, and ready for its next chapter.
Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnover — $150
A 90-minute turnover service designed to get your rental ready for the next guest.
May include:
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Kitchen cleaning
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Trash removal
• Changing linens when clean linens are provided
• Making beds
• Resetting and straightening the property
• General guest-ready preparation
90 minutes of dedicated cleaning time.
Properties requiring extensive cleaning, excessive buildup, or additional time may require a different service.

Cleaning time can vary depending on the size and condition of the home. Our services are based on time and scope, so we prioritize the areas that need the most attention during your scheduled appointment.
Additional Requests
Special requests such as heavy buildup, excessive pet waste, large amounts of clutter, extensive wall washing, or other unusually time-consuming cleaning may require additional time or a different service.

Travel
The first 20 miles from Eugene are included with your cleaning. Additional travel fees may apply beyond 20 miles.

Veteran and senior discounts are available as a thank-you for your service and our community’s older adults.
